Who Bought Southern Transformers?

Does anyone know who bought out Southern Transformers? They were based out of Atlanta GA, I believe. I need to obtain the prints for an old transformer that we purchased from them.

I believe it was Delcor Power Products.

They're still in business as a division of Delcor. Here's their website.
