Dont know where you are in the world but try www.ceramicx.com. I have used their products in various types of infrared heating applications in SA ranging from paint drying/curing to other applications in the automotive industry.

As well as electric powered IR there is also gas fire IR, very efficient and very flexible. There is a company in the USA that manufactures them called CIS. Let me know if you need more info

In the electrical heating industry, infrared heat is usually referred to as "radiant", so you may want to try that as well as "infrared" when you search for heating systems.

Infrared heating systems may be designed for anything ranging from food warming, to plastics processing, screen printing, paint curing systems, human comfort heating, etc. Which trade show to attend to view such systems would depend on the application you are seeking.

For example, NPE: The International Plastics Showcase is the premier event for the plastics industry where billions of dollars worth of annual purchasing power converge in one place. The next show, NPE2009, will be in Chicago in June, 2009. There will probably be regional shows between then and now, but that is the big one for the plastics industry.

The semi-conductor industry uses infrared heating systems as well and its big show will be SEMICON West 2008:

July 15–17, 2008
Moscone Center
San Francisco, CA USA

"Plan now to be a part of the global microelectronic industry's flagship event"

So you probably need to be a little more specific, name your industry, then Google that industry and the words "trade show", to find your event.

You might also check with the sales department of a company which manufactures infrared (radiant) heating elements and systems, Watlow Electric Company of St. Louis, MO (www.watlow.com) and see which shows they plan to attend. Watlow sells complete systems to end users as well as heater components to system builders, so it is likely you will find many systems to view wherever they go as an exhibitor.

Another company which produces radiant heating equipment is Indeeco. (www.indeeco.com). One more is BBC Industries (www.bbcind.com). All of these companies are located in the St. Louis area. The BBC website shows they will be attending the Imprinted Sportswear Show in Long Beach, CA, January 18-20. http://www.ISSshows.com/

Good luck!

If you are interested in just the IR cassettes, Ceramix Ireland is out there, as is Tempco. Tempco is located in Chicago.

My company also makes the cassettes. They are high end cassettes that are used in many auto manufacturing plans in Europe. Mine are not the least expensive on the market, but automakers BMW, Mercedes know where to spend thier money.

we all have websites that you can try.

Tempco may be the best value if you are looking to maximize your dollars. Saint-Gobain components will certainly give you the best life and production economy.
