Induction Hardening

I am working in INDUCTIO HARDNING basically i am a Mechanical engineer, SG IRON shaft i will got crack after Induction process Over.pls help how to solve this problem , i am using polymer, Edge crack, how yo solve this problem,give me a tips for induction hardning,

Could you please check your grammar with a colleague, as its difficult to know what you are asking.

A lot more detail may be required to understand your problem, I gather that a iron shaft you're hardening is cracking after heating? It may help to know the shape of this shaft?

May be it is because of overheating. Please check the case thickness requirement & the actual being achieved with the heating & quenching cycle you are using. Also indicate the frequency/power rating , AISI code of shaft material, shape , whether any predrilled holes are present in the area to be hardened etc.
