CMMS Needed

12/06/2007 12:04 PM

Searching for a CMMS package that is not prohibitively expensive yet has features that will allow reporting and possibly MRO inventory capability. Very familiar with top end programs such as MP2, will not work in current facility. Any recommendations on available software? Have demo for MaintSmart and CWorks. And – no I don't have the time or resources to develop a custom package in Excel or Access.

Try this link,

http://www.smartwaregroup.com/

The last place I worked used this software and it is really awesome. It covers just about every possible need for small to medium size companies and can pay for itself in a very short time. You can download a free trial for 30 days and see if it suits your purpose.

Try Microwest's AMMS

http://www.microwestsoftware.com

We replaced MP2 with this software and are very happy with it. It's easy to use but has all the features we needed. You can create your own reports, and the inventory ties in with maintenance. They have a demo and eval you can download.
