I also do appreciate this Forum is not for the purpose, but on this occasion I shall help you.

10 Seconds of my time, using Mr Google's fine Search Engine brought up this Home Page:

I just tried their Phone number: ??? (International code for you) followed by 1 (USA Country Code) followed by 703 (area Code) followed by 8211045 - the telephone is connected and rang at the other end, (nobody answered, perhaps because it is the middle of Sunday night right now for them.

So all those International Codes/Area Codes/Number have to be dialled without any dots or spaces.

For example, New Zealand International Access code (for me) is 00 - thus for me to dial that number I dial: 0017038211045 - without any gaps.

If I were you wait until it is Monday, at Virginia (East USA) Time Zone - their work hours, and ring them.

I suggest you ring them direct, remembering to contact them during their Office Hours, which will no doubt be the middle of the night for you.

Re sending an Email: I used special Software to check that email Address: info@mtxlsi.com and it is a valid Email Address, there is a Mail Server operational at the far end.

As an aside, sometimes Emails do get lost, or are rejected by Software at the receiving end.

It also may be that they are not interested in supplying you.

Have another try, advise how you progress.

Thank you for reply . I got their Email address and the Website.They have only the one or two E-mail addresses and I tried both and waited one week so that if sommebody on vacation could reply afterwards ,but neither I got.

I don't have the international phone facility ,only I could ring within the country. Any way I would try on phone and see their responce.
