Convert lat/lon To Northing And Easting Coordinates

Can anybody tell me how to Convert Latitude/Longitude to Northing Easting coordinates:

Sometimes blueprints have only Lat/Long references assigned to points and the need is to convert these to Northing and Easting values for whatever reason in Earthwork.

There are different formula in use. To be of assistance one have to know the Country and/or the projection scheme in use. (LAMBERS, ALBERS . . . )

please let me know the formula to calculate the same if the projection used is UTM, zone is 23 and country is india.

I use Geodetic to Earth Centered for coordinate transformations.

Will convert any Lat/Lon to a corresponding point on Earth in meters.


I'm having problem sending the equations.
