I'm doing a project based on control systems. I'm having a problem grounding the PCB at least I think I am, because the same circuit when broken into parts gives the required output. Does anyone know the solution?

Grounding

Without more details, I would have to assume that when you put the circuits together on one PCB you do not get proper operation. When dealing with sensitive circuits, (I am assuming analog since it is generally more susceptible to these problems but it applies to digital also) the arrangement and routing of ground return paths is often the source of trouble. Carefully review the wiring of your separate circuits and compare it to that of the combination. Sometimes it is not obvious at first but generally speaking if you can re-arrange the routing of the ground returns (or sometimes the power connections) you will resolve your problem. Good Luck!
