Enraf ATG854 communication issue with DCS system

Hi,

I am facing a problem with the level transmitter Enraf ATG854.

the enraf send data to the CIU prime 880,then the CIU prime send data to the serial card of our DCS system.

we have 3 enraf transmitters each one one is installed in a tank.

Now the 3 enrafs shows the same value in the DCS ,it seems that the communication is lost .

can you please help me?

you need to troubleshoot your transmitters....

Here's the manual...you might need to replace the circuit boards...

i have to specify that the transmitters are showing good values on the field.

do i have to check some special parameter or alarm in the transmitters?

Make sure the original commissioning records for this equipment are to hand.

Hi ,

unfortunately this is the problem,i dont have the original commissionning document.so i cant know the meaning of registers 30115 and 30116 sent by the enraf and shown in the DCS block

Hi,

i have found the data base but i can not communicate with the CIU prime and CIU to diagnise ,i have changed the port com parameters,but i can not communicate,which port i have to choose to communicate?

The best port to use hasn’t changed. Pick up the phone and talk to Honeywell.

Hi,

i am trying to get help from people who have experience with enraf ciu cards,in parallel we are in touch with honeywell to prepare a support contract.it will take lot of time to prepare the contract and my managers are upset
