The manipulator is great and impressive,but it is still in diapers compared to what is coming:

A manipulator that can handle many kilograms of weight,but also be able to pick up a quill(feather) pen,dip it in ink,blot it and write with it legibly in block or longhand versions,paint a high quality image with oil or water based paints or dyes.

Of course everything starts in diapers,even humans of course,and as we grow we learn and advance in abilities.

There is no way to exactly predict what the infant will become as it matures.Some will be contributors to society,others will not,and there will always be nefarious characters vying to be "King on the mountain."

Same as now.

I like it.I see many applications for this and it seems to be upscale able to handle very heavy loads,like earth moving equipment that are subject to high wear.
