Determinant Identity

04/18/2024 2:30 AM

For an nxn determinant i.e. [a11..............ann] , can anyone prove that

Determinant [a11..........a(n-1)(n-1)] x Det.[a22.......ann] - Det.[a12.......a(n-1)n] x Det.[a21..........an(n-1)] = Det.[a11.........ann] x Det.[a22.......a(n-1)(n-1)]

This is true which can be checked for any order of determinant.

Among the solutions that British lawmakers are proposing include calling on the fashion industry to create less pollution, demanding longer lifespans for clothing and banning discarded clothing from landfills.
