its interesting, his is somewhat related… I worked at a company that had lean green directives. A building which was about 10 years old where one issue, they had waterless urinals. Guess what, the piping has corroded out. I try to replace them with a conventional system and put it on next years CAPEX project and it keeps being denied.

So the plumbers are called which put their kids through college by repeatedly repairing it. The costs were getting so high, the new directive is have the company’s maintenance department to maintain it.
