Construction Project Organization Chart (Matrix)

I designed this project organization chart template (matrix style: site team + head-office support like QS/procurement/contracts/finance/equipment).
Can you guys check it and tell me what’s missing or what you’d change?

Someone gave this post 3 starts. I don't know why. but I think you should up give us a link to the a more readable image.

It is presumed that the link provided in the original post goes to an excel sheet. This would be more readable.

Appears to be used as a greenfield project.
