Guest probably means "rotting". The posting is probably a 'homework' question, calling for imagination on the part of Guest. Having none, posting on CR4 is seen as an easy way out. Wood biofuel degradation:

Depletion, abadonment, neglect or lack of reforestation. It's all being used-up and nobody cares to move on a plan to revitalize our depleting natural reource. It is astonishing what goes on in Russia and South America!
