Gasket Made Out of Mixing Two Liquids For Panel Enclosure

i am searching for a gasket which is made by mixing two chemicals. the materials are injected from the nozel on the sheet metal door & it foam joint less gasket to give enlosur a dust free protection. Can any one help by suggesting the name of the materials, the machine used for this gasket.

It looks like a proprietary enclosure from the photograph. What's wrong with contacting the original equipment manufacturer for them to supply some replacement gasket material?

If I'm not mistaken I've come across this stuff used for automotive panels etc... I think it is a form of isocynate mix that is placed along the edge and then it foams up and solidifies...

Something like polyurathane foam I guess?

Most car parts use this sort of sealing stuff a two part mix applied usually by machine with extremely good ventilation...

Hi,

You mean FIPG (Form-in-Place-Gasket), used in place of the conventional gasket.

I use one but for Hard Drive Cover. Its from 3M. Maybe u can check with them if they can suggest what material to use for your application.
