Dear Sir,

The bed ash handling system supplied by Cethar Vessels is only not working, not in one plant in all of our plants, hence this question.

You can use radiator methode addition with chiller.

The bed ash are contained in metal box that covered by water or air(cooled by chiller), and then bed ash will be cooled.

But the best way is contact to Boiler manufacturer for optimize system.

Merry Chrismas an Happy New Year.

Dear All,

I thank you all and appreciate your suggestions, however i would like to say, that contacting and taking up the issue with OEM goes without say, but my point of putting this thread was to know the variuos methods of successfull bed ash cooling in various plants with the addresses. This may help us in contacting and installing the proven system.
