FENWAL KIDDE spare part

One of our FENWAL-KIDDE F&G modules is out of work.

The part number is:

FENWAL ITALIA S.p.A

1019-FENWIO Rev.5

How and where can we buy this spare part in fastest way?

We really need this module.

You don't give your location, but Kidde has now got Fenwal in the Kidde Organisation.

There are other Kidde Fire equipment locations in Canada, Europe etc.

Because it is Christmas, better get your order in, so they can courier you the part pronto.

I contact them, but probably because of christmas they dont answer me yet.

We need this device urgently.

another problam that we have is we are locate in Iran

And we are in sanction list of US

Help me for God sake

The Kidde-Fenwal, U.S.A. company said that this module was not manufactured by them.

There is no relationship between "Kidde-Fenwal, U.S.A." and "FENWAL ITALIA S.p.A."

I found their address :

but their company was not reopened yet.

The holiday period around the winter solstice in the northern hemisphere throws delays into many organisations, with many staff away from their workplaces for several days and spending quality time with their families. Their priorities upon returning to business will be to service potential customers that have the potential to place the largest orders.

So a little patience is called for, as is the determination to keep pestering them for a response.

Hello m sadri,

I did telephone them in Italy, to advise re your problem, but no reply.

Probably because of the Christmas holiday, it was actually 11:35pm here in New Zealand, on 24th December 2007, so at Italy time Fenwal was probably already closed for Christmas Holidays.

That's when I looked around, and Found Kidde USA had purchased Fenwal Company - But how much they purchased, I don't know.

So Guest in Iran, who needs the part: Just keep trying to contact them, hope you can speak Italian
