	What, milk without cream? As in skim milk?? Nonsense! This is the season of egg nog, oyster stew, horseradish cream on the roast beef, hard sauce on the pudding, whipped cream on the pie, butter-cream on the buche de noel. This is the season of lavish dairy extravagance! Skim milk is banished until after the first of the year, when the dreary resolutions kick in.
