Possible with :

• Best pozzolana superstrength/superfine cement with correct % of Alite/Belite,
• Highest stregth rock chips(or cast iron cylpebs) well graded in size/fracture
• Sharpest Quartz sand - again well graded granulometrically
• Minimum- water MIX rammed in with super-plastificatorsTO LEAVE NO VOIDS
• Curing with puritanical zeal for as long as possible--or Autoclaving it all

Who needs all the strength?--Whoever :

• wants to do the best-at the least cost.
• wants to match the higher and higherstrengths available from steel reinforcements

I should add that the Trump project presumably required a fairly rapid cure rate, and the 4-5 SECRET ingredients were metered into multi-ton batches as ounce quantities. As a chemist, I believe such quantities could only serve to catalyze various parts of the quite complex reaction process to provide concrete. Which parts of the process may not be known in as much as very little of the process has been deciphered even though it is an ancient recipe.

I recall reading or seeing a story on the tube regarding the Great Wall of China. They discovered, after many years of trying, that the reason the mortar was lasting longer than the bricks was the additive they put in the mortar--rice flour.

Wash ingredients (exect cement and additives, of course) with spring water and allow to completely dry. Fresh coco water being used instead of water to mix concrete.
