finding a low impurity carbon source

12/29/2007 9:55 PM

We are looking for a carbon source for a large scale, high temperature semiconductor application.

Impurities that we do not want are Boron, Phosphorus and Aluminum.

Concentrations of these impurities should be less than 1ppm.

We are not concerned about organic impurities

I can send you Bamboo Char- 100 gram will do?

You will have to analyse and be satisfied that you have what you wanted.

And I can send any amount of same.

The area from where this Bamoo is--is Boron/Phosphorus-free.

My only worry--you may find traces of Alumina from Earth.

If you cannot tolerate even that much--you will need to begin from Gas derived CARBOn-black from Fisher Tropsch Operations.

The bamboo char with low B and P sounds good.

100g would be enough for us to analyze in-house.

Please e-mail me and I will send you my mailing address.

How about CO2? No impurities, no metals, and your taking a greenhouse gas out of the environment.
