we MAHESHWARY ISPAT LIMITED A INTREGATED STEEL PLANT SITUATED IN CUTTACK, ORISSA, INDIA wanted to put 40MW power generation plant in our 2nd phase of expansion plan. we desire to set up FBC boiler for clean technological measures. In india we have abundunt coal availibity but coal quality is very poor ash prcentage is more than 40. We have alsc abunduntquantity of char , coal fines sludge etc wich is very dirty materials to dispose. In india so far my knowledge go only BHEL goverment of india undertaking has this technology having 10mw modules. but due to their heavy work order book they will not be able to give us this technology on "build- operate" basises on time.

But our plant economic viability depends on this power plant.

It will be our great pleasure if any organisation comes forward give this technology with engineneering, know how, system design, implemntation, and operate.

our role will be supply of brought out item (not patented)

This our urgent requirement

We can supply the FBC Boiler through our head office in China as per following specification.

Technical parameters:
1) Rated evaporation (BMCR): 35MT/h
2) Rated vapor pressure: 3.82MPa
3) Rated vapor temperature: 450oC
4) Major feeding water temperature: 150oC

Being a Boiler & Steam Specialty Consultants my best advice for you is to seek out B&W Babcock & Wilcox Company to help you out in your Project.

Fluidized bed technology offers the advantage of reduced NOx and SO2 emissions by allowing the control of bed temperature and using reagents such as limestone as bed material. Additional benefits include the ability to use fuels such as biomass or waste fuels which are difficult to burn in conventional boiler systems.

B&W has conducted extensive research in fluid bed combustion and has developed advanced designs for both bubbling and circulating fluidized-bed technology. Our extensive operating experience includes a wide range of unit sizes and fuels.

Would agricultural crop by-products made from nuts shells (non-wood, non-forest) with no preservatives or petroleum be of interest to you. We have 1000 tons a week available for purchase. It is competitively priced. Respond if this interest you.
