That's a standard drive that anyone can help you with. Since you require 3000 RPM, and your KE is 48 volts, you may get this on 110 volt AC drive. The buss voltage on the drive will be rectified to around 155 VDC meaning that your motor can run 155/48 or 3229 RPM.

Accounting for fluctuations in AC of -10%, your motor can safely run the 3000 RPM.

A 7V tach is stadard also.

If you let me know your location via email to awilliams@machineautomationproducts.net

I will get you a contact in your state who may be able to help.

Good luck.
