I have found '5 SUBD' on a test pressure gauge. I think this is the class of accuracy of a test gauge. Can any one tell me the exact meaning, how to read or what stands for 'SUBD' on any gauge?

i think it is related to resolution, SUBD might be subdivision

Yes, that is correct - 5 SUBD is sub-division.
