what is optimal coating thickness sugessted for having maximum delta- T ,across the coating in case of zircon tbc coat

Hi ı dont know what delta-T is? can you explain? maybe ı can say something after that.

Delta-t -is difference in temperatures,temp. difference between the hot face and cold face.

do u have any idea on plasma coatings? can u guide me?

ı havent any experience in APS and HVOF, because we have just installed th system. but ı have onlt read . ı think you use YSZ powder for creating thermal insulatation layer named TBCs, we have coated samples in METCO. substrate material was steinless stell, 400 micron top coat and the 100 micron was the bond coat. but this can be changed in where do you use this coating. maybe for you 400 micron can be so thick.
