A few years ago my children came back from summer camp. At dinner one night one stood up and said "I LOST THE GAME"
The other knew what happened.
I asked what it meant, he said that I did not want to know. I asked again. He indicated I really did not want to know.
Several weeks later I heard someone in our church group say "I LOST THE GAME" at an inappropriate time.
I asked my son again and insisted he explain what it meant.
They explained this game has been going on for several years and has made to the legislature in several states and even in congress, many campuses around the country. STOP HERE if you don't want to be haunted by the game.
OK, here it is...
There are three very simple rules.
1. To know the game is to play the game.
2. You can not win the game.
3. If you think about the game, you loose the game and must declare "I LOST THE GAME".
Notes from the children:
There is a one hour reset after someone loses the game.
If you lose the game and don't declare it, you are a cheater.
If someone asks you about the game you must warn them not to play (see rule #1)
I have been playing for three years now. Were any of you playing before this post?
