Several possibilities:

(1) Having to turn down all the offers to be President or Prime Minister or Chairman of the Board;

(2) Hiding from sex-starved movie actresses;

(3) Finding enough investments for all my Trillions;

(4) Remembering to take my meds.

In my case:

Being entirely too sexy...

Turning down all the job offers coming my way...

Getting slow drivers to move out of the fast lane on the motorway..

I also seem to have a problem with an overly inflated self image....

Doing something right & forgetting how when the problem arises.

For those employed in major industries in design, development or research, I would say the major problem is clueless, short-sighted management and executive officers (who typically have financial or perhaps business backgrounds). They tend to have their own personal agendas (salaries, stock options, bonuses, etc.) and probably wouldn't recognize their company's products if they bumped into one.

Insufficient contextual information with which to offer a comprehensive and useful answer to an anxious CR4 poster.
