contact your local chemical supplier if you could not find on here at GlobalSpec.

They will either have one or direct you to one. Where are you?

700 degree Centigrade? 98%-is it final?

H2SO4 would have long back been dissociated to H2O and SO3 and caused havoc-corroding everything.

Come down in Temp--and there will be easy solutions.

Continuous--or batch-- if so how often?

From what reservoir? Is it pressurizable? How fast do you want to lift the batch?

To what height do you want to lift?

Try Goulds pumps (www.gouldspumps.com) for their non metallic designs or Lewis Pumps (part of the Weir pump group).

A company totally focussed on highly corrosion resistant centrifugal pumps and valves is Richter Chemie-Technik, Germany, www.richter-ct.com.

Broad range of Teflon-lined magnetic drive and mechanical seal pumps as well as of shut-off, control and safety valves. Not cheap, but really good quality.

Regards

Concentrated sulphuric acid in not a problem to handle.

However, the choice of pump will depend upon the operating parameters and the site conditions.Specify the capacity ( discharge rate im m3/hr or GPM or any other unit)

and the pressure/head as well as suction conditions. The purpose for which is required : transfer, dosing for a process etc.

Choice could be a simple cast Iron centrifugal pump with Mechanical seal ( Viton,Tc and C) to High silica cast iron pump or Poly propylene or even solid teflon. There are costlier alloy pumps as alternative. If the capacity is small and the heads are high you may have to select a diaphragm pump or special rotary pumps.

I agree completely, the flow specifications make quite a difference in the choice of a pump. A very very wide market.

I used perilstaltic with viton tubing and teflon solenoid piston pumps for 10M sulphuric acid at room temperature. Works well if you need ml or µl control.

If you need to control the PH of a process bath, perilstatic may be applicable in your industry.
