There are plenty of specialised recruitment organisations that will be delighted to help, particularly if they have a detailed specification of the person's characteristics.

I'm seeing this a bit late, but (being a NACE member) would suggest you go to www.nace.org , go to the ListServer section, sign-up (Free) and post to the NACECorrosionNetwork.

Although they FROWN on posts that attempt to sell or push Name-Brand materials, etc., "generic" references are allowed... AND, job-postings are most welcomed!
