Bearing Life Equation

02/01/2008 8:01 AM

The calculation for bearing life is taken from ISO 281:1990 (replaced by ISO 281:2007). I would like to see an example of this formula worked out with actual numbers. Anyone show me the way? Am interested in roller bearings.

Did you have a look at the SKF, FAG, INA or Timken catalogues?

They have a lot of informations. Several computing programms are available as well.
