Flow Meter Electronic Cards Failure

Hello every One ;

What causes the electronic cards failure in the magnetic flowmeters .Other then incoming supply .

Check your grounding straps from pipe-to flow tube-to pipe.

The last page explains the why of grounding. You should look at the book you got with your magmeter for the how.

Typically there should be a grounding strap from the flange of the inlet pipe, to the body of the flowmeter, to the flange of the outlet pipe, then back to a good ground. If your electronics are remote (vs. integral mount on flow tube), then it should be grounded with the tube as well.

Vibration in line affect Electronic Cards. So it is Very Big Reason of being failure of electronic card of flow meter.So Please check vibration in line.
