A lot more information is required to provide any sort of answer...

what type lighting is being used, what type of work is done in that room.... You don't even say what you need the answer for???

By ZONAL CAVITY or AVERAGE LUMEN METHOD

E = (Ø x N x CU x DF)/A

Where :

E = Ave. or maintained Illumination

N = Number of Lamps

CU = Coefficient of Utilization

DF = Depreciation or Maintenance Factor

Ø = Lumen output per lamp (given by Lamp suppliers)

A = Area being Illuminated
