Wireless Video Camera Signal Relay for confined zone

I am looking for Wireless Video Camera Signal Relay for confined zone for robot navigation. Any idea where to find long range and faster video transmission device?

I will also like to mount such device on robotic vehicle for navigation into troubled zone, on road and rough terrain and in 10km radius. This one is full size vehicle so can mount larger system. I do not want to rely on satellite transmission.

Are you involved in remote signal monitoring for some reason then come in contact with me. Any team from USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Australia or near by countries who is actually working on wireless telemetry and remote sensing will be ideal partner with us for long term research and joint projects. If you have interest in balloon based or aerial survey then also it is a very good idea.
