Do you intend to mean "Departure Angle" of a moving mechanism.

Departure Angle also refers to the Control Systems refer:

Schaum's Outline of Theory and Problems of Feedback and Control Systems

If you try Google - Search Terms: "withdrawal angle" (Remember to add the quote marks)

That may clear the information blockage for you.
