scrubbing system for vapors coming from a chemical reactor

an array of 24 chemical reactors with average capacity 3000 Lts the vapors coming out during reaction to be scrubbed, with diversity factor of 0.35, suggest us the right scrubber and if possible the manufacture in India

What is the nature of the vapours? What is the temperature and pressure of these vapours?

Would it make any difference if the scrubber were manufactured in Belgium?
