Take a rag and clean it. Stupid question -stupid answer. Describe your condenser what ,how, where. Formula for "cleanliness factor"? or you mean cleaning-schedule?

Heat conduction efficiency of steam condenser tubes is reduced when the inner walls are contaminated with scale and slime. A brush or a pig was the conventional tool in the past to clean tubes but now high-pressure water is often used for precision cleaning. For today's modern day cleaning Sugino Machine's Flex Reel is attracting a lot of attention because it allows simple, easy and safe cleaning.
