formula

what is the formula for sodium hypoclorite,with a flow 45mgd 3.8chart, what would i set my feeder on.

The chemical formula is NaOCl. Mgd is a flowrate unit, though there is a difference between a million US gallons per day and a million Imperial gallons a day, and the required unit isn't obvious here.

What does "...3.8chart..." mean? Understanding this would enable an answer to arrive to the question "...what would i set my feeder on...".
