	Easy. 1. Type 'relaxation oscillator' into Google or the search engine of your choice. 2. Read and study the many circuits described. 3. Choose one and build it, ensuring that vcc is sufficiently high to give 20v output. Eg. maybe you will need a 30 volt supply. If you havn't got a power supply...than try three PP3 9v batteries in series. 4. Write up your experiment on this forum so that we can all see the results.
