Thermal Efficiency of a Recovery Boiler

Can anybody guide to calculate thermal efficiency of a Recovery boiler applicable to Pulp and Paper industries if calorific value of Black liquor is known.

You are talking about a"Soda Recovery Boiler". If you already know the calorific value of the black liquor and the quantity of both pulp & black liquor being wasted you can yourself calculate the amount of steam you can regenerate at the recovery boiler.
