Are these papers something you want to ask a question about? Or, are they for discussion? How big are they?

It also helps, if you want to get good feedback, to go ahead and register.

Hello Guest,

There is currently no facility in the CR4 Forum for Uploading of documents/files and the like.

Nor are Registered Members able to add attachments to the CR4 Private Message sent to other Member/s.

The above is probably for Security reasons, as an attachment file may carry a malware payload, without the knowledge of the attaching person.

As has been suggested above, by TVP45, it is easier for you to Register here at CR4, and once you have done that, some extra facilities are offered to you, over and above what is available to a "Guest" - but there is still no attachments facility.

Please reply back here, in this Topic thread, with thanks.

Kind Regards....

It may be easier to store them on a webpage and then just post web addresses for people to click on and be redirected to those papers. That way you don't need to attach large documents and feedback can be controlled in its relevant threads.

Generally this is how many of the threads work (i.e.- a question or statement with an associated link to a website or a document located on a website).

That's correct! You can open a webpage and send the link to people you feel worth to see and enlight your study/report. Also you can post the link in CR4 so that whoever is interested can view your work.

Regards

It always pays to check if there are any copyright restrictions placed upon the document before doing what is suggested. It can save a fortune in court fees.

Hello Guest,

Jack of all Trades is correct in post #4. The best method would be to find a site to host the article then post a link to the article here. CR4 is not designed to handle uploaded files, as the activity of opening such is one of the most common ways to spread computer viruses.
