Hello again, dcongvt

You are referring to my post: http://cr4.globalspec.com/comment/187732/Re-Mechanical

That Company probably gets thousands of Emails each day, and it often takes a few days to get it to the desk of a helper in the area of the works who can deal with the enquiry..

A Fax is often a better means of contact, because there is less Faxes these days, thus you are further up the messages queue....

Just for you I have checked the phone numbers listed, on their webpage: http://www.gsiglasers.com/contact.php

All those phones have working telephones at the other (UK) end, but it is presently around 4:00am on Saturday 1st March, in the UK, so no person is answering my calls.

I suggest that you telephone the Company, during the normal UK working hours, check your time difference carefully, and phone them next UK Monday, between 9am - 4pm UK time, which should allow for discussion time for you to explain what you actually need.

You should find most Companies are helpful, as they want you as a customer, and to help you when you are in trouble, means you will probably purchase from them next time.

I note the Company has contact details in Shanghai, China, (Click on that part of the map on the webpage) but you may need to speak Chinese language for a successful contact - it is far closer to you, and may be worth trying.

Advise your progress here, thanks.

Kind Regards....
