Do a google search for unlocking software and you will find many sites offering to unlock your phone for free.

Apart from trying it yourself and risking total failure and losing important files, most corner shop mobile phone sellers will unlock it for £5 or $10. Seems to me it is not worth doing it yourself unless you want to do it to play with or as a hobby.

dunno, maybe it is bog standard brick but I think that any file, weather fancy operator custom or necessary firmware could be regarded as important. If the phone does not work due to loss of that file, I would regard that as important, wouldn't you?

Yes I take your point, the software I'm on about though is freely available and is well tried and tested though...

But it only works with certain phones, my Motorola would have to go to a mobile phone chappie to be unlocked...

Did you try it out yourself first? It does not work for me, neither did a Google search on "noshnokia" or similar find anything either!!

I do not need this for myself as both of my phones are old and were never sim locked anyway, I was just trying to help anyone else, so if they do not complain, nobody needs the link anyway.....

The unlock solutions of mobile phones, codes are best when compare to software, because software are not secure in process!!!

Nokia 3110c does not belong to the DCT4 technology. It belongs instead to the BB5 technology:

What does this mean? It means that instead of posting crappy online calculators (that only work for DCT4 models btw) and spamming wrong links you CAN NOT unlock 3110c remotely.

You need special cables and Deman's software. Unfortunatly the Serbian programmer I refer did not include nokia 3110c on his BB5 unlock list.

Currently I don't think it is possible to unlock a nokia 3110c remotely without the aid of any cables or external software. Not even Nemesis will do.
