Hopkinsons Torsion Bar Safety Valves

Hi everybody, can someone point me in the right direction to acquire some information on Hopkinsons Torsion Bar Safety Valves, information such as disassembly and reassembly, torsion bar table tolerances, and any other information available, also I have a ventil preventest machine, is there any way I can modify this machine to be able to inline test a torsion bar valve.
