My first question is why are you using HVOF for TBC's. Isn't plasma the hardware of choice. I would suspect that the MCrAlY bond coat is what is being applied using HVOF. Non the less, noise is going to be a bigger problem than exhaust. I once built a portable booth that included a robot for shipping to site to site. I used two piece's of 1/2" plywood separated by 2x4 studs and used commercial housing insulation, both roll and board. You first build your wall using the 2x4's then cover one side using the plywood. Then staple in the roll insulation, cover the roll insulation with the board product and then finish with the other 1/2" sheet of plywood. Build your room as small as possible since moving allot of air will require an expensive bag-house. Factors that govern the size of a dust handle system are huge. The main ones are, exchange the booths air (total volume of booth (cubic feet)) once per minute. Use some type of capture device a hood or type of duct to catch the overspray. Remember that HVOF is hot and will raise the temperature of the interior of the booth by some 25-50 degrees. So in a nutshell buy some type of air handling system that will provide a one to one exchange of air per minute. Be careful that you follow codes and any regulations (if any) when building this booth. If you put a operator in the mix... it then becomes a different story.

I can not understand that, TGO layer is designed with us or it is a fail that occurs in time?

A TGO layer is produced on purpose after a post spray heat treatment. Take the M-Cr-Ni-Y-Al alloy systems, once applied and heat treated, they will form a thin oxide layer that will protect the coating and subsequently the blade from further degradation.
