Drainage time Calculations for Pressurized Tanks

i want to know how to calculate the drainage time of a pressurized tank. i am using Air as a pressurising medium to drain a tank. it ll be appreciated if formula for this problem is provided.

It's related to the pipe size and length downstream of the tank, the nature and number of any in-line devices in the pipeline, the density, viscosity and temperature of the fluid being drained, the nature and size of any suspended solids, the safe working pressure of the tank, the volume of the tank, the shape of the tank, whether or not it is being agitated, whether or not the outlet has a vortex-breaker, the rate of supply of air into the tank, the rate of pressure rise in the tank.........
