Chemical Proof Doors

hi to all

we in process of having covers and doors for chemical moats

we using

NaOH solution 50%

Phosphoric acid 36%

sodium hypochlorite 15% solution

can any boddy recommend what kind of material we could use for the cover and for the sealing gaskets?

polypropylene is good for high temp application but it is not a chemical ressistance material

what about 315 stst

might be expensive

go for 309 or 304 excuse my memory

http://www.coleparmer.com/TechInfo/ChemComp.asp gives chemical compatibility information between solids and fluids. Rather than guess, its use in the first instance is highly recommended.
