terminology for plasticized pvc extrusions

what terminology exists to describe the various degrees of flexibility in a pvc extrusion?

How about stress vs strain (from a 3 point bend test, either ISO or ASTM) to determine the flexural strength and flexural modulus of the material according to the loading of CaCO (I'm assuming) into your PVC.
