Caustic strength issue!

What happens when the caustic strength abnormality is experiencing at bottle washing machine?

Not quite sure what you mean, do you mean your ph increases/decrease during wash with out adding or nuetralizing the caustic.

if so, may have an outside source contributing to that.

Do you have a pH sensor and a dosing system to regulate your caustic level? If so, you may need to calibrate your sensor or check your dosing system.
