Improvement of a Company / Outlook

What is the scope of improvement in a company that manufactures plastic components using injection moulding machines ?? work force - 100 .... salary of workers low of about 3000 Rs per month ... time- 12 hours daily .. except sundays ..

just a general outlook of how there can be improvement in the company??

Not from here. Any problem will be company-specific, and it hasn't been described sufficiently.

If it can be decribed sufficiently, then the solutions to the problem will become self-evident locally.

Abhimanyu, You have given very breif details about company. Please let me know organisational details, out 100 workers how many are machine operators and remaining numbers and their functions, turnover of the company, products mfd.,sales staff and if machines are working all the shifts, material handling facilities. Plastic industry in India is highly competetive and wages paid by you seem to be very low.

Divide profit after tax then multiply by a weighting for saleable product contribution and see what happens.
