Excel

I have a drop down menu in excel, however when one chooses for example "solved" I will like it to be highlited in Green, and when not solved I would like it to be highlited in Red. Any help with this

I'm not sure what you mean.

  1. You have a drop down menu that has "solved" and "unsolved" as selections.
  2. You want the menu color to change if you select one or the other?
  3. Or do you want the cell color or font color to change if the cell contains "solved" or "unsolved".

I have no answer for #2.

For #3, you can use the Conditional Formating in the Format menu.

You can have up to 3 conditions where you can change the font, border or pattern or a combination of the three.
