Coplanarity Limit for QFP components

Hi Guys! Anyone has a document for coplanarity limit standard! IPC or other manufacturing standard? Please help. Should you have additional idea regarding this, please respond. Thanks.

Hi Graceytiu,

Try looking at the JEDEC Standards for coplanarity. I believe there are different coplanarity requirements for different body sizes/thickness and lead pitch on MQFPs.
