Compact valving for paste dispensing

Looking for ideas for valve bodies for a high viscosity water-based paste dispensing system. Need to have a small body (<5 cm dia ouside) that can control from 0 to 25 cc/sec with 80 psig max. operating pressure. I am looking at either proportional control or PWM. Any ideas? Thanks for the idea, Bud. Are you referring to how they fill the paintballs? I have not looked into that. However, my fluid is higher viscosity, maybe similar to thick cake frosting (don't have specific rheology data). I haven't been able to locate much along this line in the food processing industry either (applications are typically too large).

Contact DOW or other adhesive manufacturers for the type of dispensing valves that they use.

Also "DYMAX" in the USA provide similar valves for their electronics encapsulant and potting materials.

They carry some very high viscosity hot and cold glue valves that might fit your need.
